this is the halloween mini album for the scrap retreat

I made these mini albums for all of my bunko-mates after our february scavenger hunt...fun fun!

Nertz's UN project.... she wore the viking helmet and served lefse to the masses....nice job nertz!!

i'm going to miss going to these fun school functions next year when all of my kiddos are out of elementary school :0(

LEFSE!!!

So gramma was here this weekend to visit before she heads down to fl for the winter...and she brought us a treat!! her lefse making kit!! we had a crash course in lefse making so we can make a few batches for the holidays....

the balls of potato dough
flour and roll....
fry, bubble, & flip....
place in the cozy for a little while....
add butter & sugar to the warm, fresh lefse...

and enjoy the yummy goodness.....yummmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!

nertz is going to share this batch with her class...she is doing a school project on norway.

Touchdown!!

on saturday morning, the 8th graders played aberdeen...m caught a punt in the first quarter and ran it 46 yards for the first touchdown of the game...woot woot!!

"nerd day" was fun... hahahaha!!! ;0)

and nertz played the part of avril lavigne well on favorite celebrity day... amazing that the only difference between the nerd day get up, and this punk/grunge look is a serious attitude adjustment!!
