last night's stampin up page....the pics have been posted before, but i hadn't scrapped them yet. I may still add the words "lovin' summer"...but i can't decide. anybody up for wake boarding??

First Day Back

So today is the first day back to school for 2008-2009!! Look at their faces....and they tell me they aren't excited for the first day!! You can't fake that kind of happy smile!! Check out nertz's hair!! Very bold move for me...wasn't sure I was brave enough...but I did, cuz it's not my hair and wouldn't I hate it if someone decided for me?? But I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!! Can't believe how blonde she became this summer!! They are all growing up waaaaay too fast!! eeeek!

Here's the messenger bag we've been working on. She saw one like it while we were school shopping, but it was waaaay over our budget for a school bag, so we thought we'd give it a shot. He's a japanamation character named domo....and she's loves him and is very pleased with how the bag turned out. We found a couple of domo notebooks in target, so she's got those packed inside too.
And here's nertz on the playground with her best buds....the boys told me to put the cam away when i tried to take pics...well the one at the middle school anyway...the oldest drives himself...

Ok, so the owl is everywhere this year...and i'm totally diggin it!! pick up this little cutey last weekend for $4!!! LOVE IT!! <3

little brag books

Made this little brag book for my mom. She re-did a 1974 Airstream Camper and has it all pimped out with pink flamigoes....too cute!! She plans to put family pics in it and keep it in the camper so she can look at it when she's away from home, just chillin'....



Made this one for my friend for her birthday.... i'm sure she'll fill it with mini scrap pages of her son.... she is a HUGE fan of stripes....think she'll like it??

Who will it be?

Every year at the family reunion, my gramma rents the go karts for 2 hours. It is a blast!! and no one has more fun than the kids...they race around the track, and then race back to get back in line, but the wait isn't long...seems like you race in one heat, wait in line for one, and then you're back in a car. we get back to camp covered in exhaust residue, tired, and dizzy...but we LOVE it!!!
